Return & Refund Policy – i m b store

Hum apne customers ko fresh aur sahi saman dene ki puri koshish karte hain. Hamari return policy simple hai:

1. Same-day returns only. Kisi bhi product ka return ya exchange sirf delivery ke usi din accept kiya jayega. Usi din ke baad koi return, exchange ya refund accept nahi hoga.

2. Return kab possible hai. Product aapko kharab, gala, expired ya galat mila ho; ya packing khuli ya damaged ho.

3. Condition of product. Return ke liye product unused aur original packing me hona chahiye. Kharidne ke baad khaya, istemal kiya hua ya khula saman wapas nahi liya jayega.

4. Perishable items (phal, sabzi, chicken, fast food, cold drinks). Fresh food items ka return sirf usi din ho sakta hai, jab wo galat ya kharab halat me mile honge. Ye items isliye ki wapas liye gaye saman ko dobara becha nahi ja sakta.

5. Electronics & cosmetics. Ye items bhi usi din return honge. Use ya install karne ke baad koi return accept nahi hoga.

6. Refund. Return approve hone ke baad, payment ke usi method se refund milega jisse aapne order kiya tha. COD ke orders me refund humse baat karke milega.

7. Return kaise karwayein. Delivery ke usi din humein app, WhatsApp ya call par batayein. Product aur bill ke saath humara rider saman wapas le jayega.

Hum return ka final decision apne paas rakhte hain, lekin hamari koshish hamesha customer ke saath rahogi. Koi shikayat ho to humein zaroor batayein.
